The small black marlin turned up off Cairns and Townsville this August and September and the big girls will surely follow from mid September through December. The South East trade winds haven’t stopped and this will push the marlin into the outer edge of the Great Barrier Reef. They should be there in good numbers and now is the time to ensure you have a booking with one of the top boats and Captains that we represent. You will be well looked after by our professional crews and spoilt by the onboard luxury of the boats. If you want to upgrade to a luxury mother ship we certainly have one to suit your taste and budget.
Julie and I have spent the offseason researching some of the best Barramundi fishing spots Queensland has to offer. We have been having some great fishing along with friends.
We are very excited about the Barramundi expeditions we can offer you for 2013 and for 2014. From live aboard trips on the magnificent 56 foot “Kekoa” out of Weipa from April to July to trips out of Karumba with one of Australia’s top Barramundi guides, Lance Butler to a private Lodge in the heart of “Big Barramundi ” water in the Gulf of Carpenteria.
If you want to experience the thrill of tangling with a giant black marlin or Australia’s legendary Barramundi then give Julie or Laurie a call and we will design and exclusive charter just for you. We also specialise in corporate charters.
Tight lines.
